1- Lead Application Security Analyst

As an Application Security Analyst you will be a part of the Checkmarx Security Team, performing Static Code Analysis and collaborating with developers, security experts and analysts focused on application security.

As the activity lead you will manage other analysts and provide professional guidance to the security team.

Responsibilities:

• Review source code in various coding languages
• Analyze application security audit results
• Research application vulnerabilities

Requirements:

• B.Sc.(or higher) in computer science or similar domain

2- Professional Services Engineer- Portugal

We are looking for a talented Professional Services Engineer to support our sales and business development activities.

The Professional Services Engineer will be responsible for integrating Checkmarx system to client dev environment, plan and create OOB and custom integration, guide and train developers and strength internal tech knowledge at Checkmarx.

The ideal PS Engineer will be able to set up a new security process in the customer's organization and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Design implementation of solutions according to customer's technical requirements.
• Deliver Professional Services packages (OOB and\or custom) at customer site or remotely.
• Transfer tech knowledge (internally).
• Create utilities for Checkmarx Professional Service's internal use

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of software development experience in one of these languages: Java / .Net / PHP/ Python.
• Understanding Application layers, Web Services, Messaging protocols: SOAP and REST.

• Experience with development infrastructure products: - Source Code repositories: such as GIT, TFS, SVN, and Perforce etc.

  - Build servers (CI): such as Jenkins, TeamCity, TFS Build, Bamboo etc.

  - Bug tracking tools: Jira, TFS, HPQC etc.

• Ability to read and understand code upon first sight.
• Presentation Skills: Create presentations, training skills.
• A background in the application security (penetration testing / Security code review / Experience with SCA tools) - Advantage.
• Excellent team / autonomous work capabilities.
• Travels required (30-40%).
• Excellent human skills.

3- Software Engineer- Portugal

Checkmarx's engine group is the core team behind Checkmarx's source code analysis technology.

The group is responsible for developing the algorithms that automatically analyze software source code searching for security vulnerabilities that could be exploited by hackers.

We are looking for talented engineers to the engine group. The position includes the development and improvement of security queries for various programming languages, based on Checkmarx queries engine.

The team focuses on the areas of code analysis and parsing, optimizing existing algorithms' performance and accuracy and adapting them to emerging security threats.

Requirements:

• B.A.\ M.Sc in computer science or equivalent, from a leading university
• Understanding of algorithms and data structures
• 1-2 years of programming experience - Advantage
• A background in compilation and/or parsing - Advantage
• A background in the security industry- Advantage

4- Software Team Leader- Portugal

Checkmarx's engine group is the core team behind Checkmarx's source code analysis technology.

The group is responsible for developing the algorithms that automatically analyze software source code searching for security vulnerabilities that could be exploited by hackers.

We are looking for a talented hands-on Team Leader for the engine group. The position includes management of brilliant engineers while holding responsibilities for end-to-end research and development of the relevant modules.

The team focuses on the areas of code analysis and parsing, optimizing existing algorithms' performance and accuracy and adapting them to emerging security threats.

Requirements:

• B.A.\ M.Sc \ Ph.D in computer science or equivalent, from a leading university
• At least 3 years of experience as a team leader
• At least 7 years of programming experience in Server backend side (Min 3 years of C# experience)
• Experience in algorithms development
• Experience in developing/designing large and complex OO applications
• A background in the security industry - Advantage

5- Sr. Software Engineer- Portugal

Checkmarx's engine group is the core team behind Checkmarx's source code analysis technology.

The group is responsible for developing the algorithms that automatically analyze software source code searching for security vulnerabilities that could be exploited by hackers.

We are looking for a talented senior engineer to the engine group. The position includes responsibilities for end-to-end research and development of the relevant modules.

The team focuses on the areas of code analysis and parsing, optimizing existing algorithms' performance and accuracy and adapting them to emerging security threats.

Requirements:

• B.A.\ M.Sc \ Ph.D in computer science or equivalent, from a leading university
• At least 7 years of programming experience in Server backend side
• Experience in algorithms development
• Experience in developing/designing large and complex OO applications

6- Testing Engineer- Portugal

Specify, design and implement tests for features and products, identify problems and build quality solutions. Use the most updated QA technologies and tools to create a complete quality solution. 7- Testing Team Leader- Portugal

In this role you will lead all quality aspects of the R&D team based in Portugal and implement Agile processes and function as a scrum master in two teams.

You will need to specify, design, and implement test plans for features and products, identify problems both in the processes and product quality and strive to find solutions, while using the most updated technologies, tools and frameworks to create a complete quality solution.

You will work closely with managers, developers and project managers to create a strong and bugless product that will be shipped on time, learn and practice the cyber security world and be an essential part of the design of our product.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing testing team of 3 team members or more.
• At least 2 years of experience in server testing.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with white box testing.
• Knowledge in automation.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and concepts including testing methodologies, agile is a must
• Experienced scrum master - a significant advantage.
